By using evolvlabs.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site and our products
The Site is an informational website about EvolvLabs, LLC and its products. Use of the products themselves is governed by separate agreements:
- DaycareLogix: its Terms of Service, Acceptable Use policy, and Subscription & License Agreement.
- Exolvra: its Terms of Service, Acceptable Use policy, and License (EULA).
If anything on this Site conflicts with a product agreement, the product agreement controls for that product.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by EvolvLabs, LLC or its licensors. EvolvLabs, the EvolvLabs shield mark, DaycareLogix, and Exolvra are trademarks of EvolvLabs, LLC. You may view and share Site content for informational purposes; you may not reproduce it commercially or use our marks without written permission.
4. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, scrape at disruptive volume, or use the Site to transmit malicious code. Good-faith security research is welcome under our responsible disclosure policy.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Disclaimer of warranties

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
